American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce  The AMCHAM supports members business interests and Malaysian economic growth through proactive and effective representation, communication and information sharing. This mission is achieved by developing mutually beneficial relationships and ongoing programs and dialogues among its members and the governments of Malaysia and the United States.

Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry of Malaysia  The ACCCIM is the national level organisation of the Chinese chambers of commerce in the country. It has 17 Constituent Members located separately in the 13 states of the nation. In fact ACCCIM is the earliest national level chamber of commerce to have a complete regional representation in the country.

Association of Banks in Malaysia  The ABM, was formed in November 1973 with the primary objective of establishing and promoting a sound banking system in Malaysia in cooperation and consultation with Bank Negara Malaysia. Membership in ABM consists of ordinary and associate members. Membership is opened to all licensed banks in Malaysia and representative offices of foreign banks located in Malaysia. Currently, there are 23 commercial banks comprising 10 domestic banks and 13 locally incorporated foreign banks operating in the country, which are members of ABM. Together these banks have a total of 1779 branches across the country and total workforce of over 70,000 staff.

Association of the Computer and Multimedia Industry of Malaysia PIKOM is the association representing the information and communications technology (ICT) industry in Malaysia. Its membership currently stands at over 600 comprising companies involved in a whole spectrum of ICT products and services which commands 80 per cent of the total ICT trade in Malaysia.

Australia-Malaysia Business Council - Victoria 
The Australia Malaysia Business Council-Victoria was formed in direct response to the growing need to facilitate the developing commercial activities between Australia and Malaysia.

Bank Negara Malaysia  Bank Negara Malaysia is the central bank for Malaysia. It was established on 26 January 1959, under the Central Bank of Malaya Ordinance, 1958.

Bursa Malaysia Bhd  With the demutualisation of the Exchange, Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) embarks on a new journey, ready to face new challenges in "bringing the world to invest in Malaysia and bringing the world of investments to Malaysians".

Credit Counselling And Debt Management Agency (AKPK)  AKPK is an agency set up by Bank Negara Malaysia to provide money management, credit counselling, education and loan restructuring services to individuals. Services are offered free of charge but confined only to those with marginal indebtedness.

EU-Malalysia Chamber of Commerce & Industry  In May 2003, the EUMCCI emerged from the former European Union Business Council (EUBC). The EU presence in Malaysia commenced through the European Community Business Council incorporated under the Registry of Companies on 8 May 1993. The Chamber is a non-profit private sector organization. Members of EUMCCI are Bilateral Chambers and Business Councils and European or European-related companies through business councils or directly.

Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers  The FMM is Malaysia's premier economic organization. Today, as the largest private sector economic organization in Malaysia representing over 2,000 manufacturing and industrial service companies of varying sizes, the FMM is the officially recognized and acknowledged voice of the industry.

Malaysia Australia Business Council  The MABC is a private, non profit organization that was established early in 1986 to provide a forum for discussion and exchange of views on business conditions and issues, both domestic and international, affecting Malaysian and Australian companies and personnel.

Malaysia Canada Business Council  The MCBC is a private, non-profit organization, established in 1989, that provides a forum for networking, promotion, and information sharing and represents the interests of its members, serving as a catalyst for further trade and investment between Canada and Malaysia.

Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation  MATRADE was established since March 1, 1993 as the external trade promotion arm of Malaysia's Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). MATRADE functions as a focal point for Malaysian exporters and foreign importers to source for trade related information. By providing market research information and relevant advice, MATRADE assists Malaysian exporters to better position their products and services in the highly competitive global markets.

Malaysia Norway Business Council  The MNBC is an independent organization incorporated as a company limited by guarantee. It was formed in February/ March 1990. The main aim of the Council is to provide a forum for discussion and exchanging views on business conditions, both domestic and international, affecting Malaysian and Norwegian firms.

Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce & Industry  MICCI serves businesses which have an international interest, international employees or international shareholdings. The Chamber attracts a wide cross section of Malaysian business with members' representation approximately 30% manufacturing, 15% trading, 15% banking and financial services and 40% other services. More than 30 nationalities are represented.

Malaysian Institute of Economic Research  MIER was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 30 December 1985 and began operation on 2 January 1986. MIER is an independent, private, non-profit organisation, devoted to economic, financial, and business research, that would serve as a thinktank for the government and the private sector. It was first mooted in the Prime Minister's Economic Panel and later promoted by the Council on Malaysian Invisible Trade (COMIT).

Malaysian Furniture Promotion Council  The MFPC was established in 2003 as a corporate body under the Companies Act of Malaysia 1965. It is tasked with the responsibility to promote and develop the Malaysian furniture manufacturing and export industry as a substantial foreign exchange earning sector of the national economy.

Malaysian Palm Oil Promotion Council  The MPOPC and the Malaysian palm oil industry are committed in making Malaysian palm oil the leading vegetable oil in the world, and Malaysia the focal point of the international oils and fats market. 

Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council  The MREPC was incorporated on 14 April 2000 under the Companies Act as a company limited by guarantee to undertake the market promotion of rubber and rubber manufactured products in the world markets, particularly in support of the small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Malaysian Textile Manufacturers Association  It is the recognised national representative body for the textile industry. Membership is drawn from all sectors of the textile and apparel manufacturing, both large and small covering the fibre, spinning, weaving, knitting, garment-making, industrial textile/accessories sectors.

 Professional Services Development Corporation  PSDC is a Government of Malaysia established machinery to accelerate the capacity of Malaysian Professional Service providers towards meeting the challenges of liberalisation and globalisation. It is owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated and placed as an agency under the Ministry of Works Malaysia. PSDC is governed by a board of Directors appointed by the Minister of Finance. The various professional associations, boards and institutions, and relevant business councils are also the stakeholders of this organisation and are positioned to develop and monitor the programmes implemented by PSDC.

Rating Agency Malaysia Bhd.  RAM - Malaysia's premier credit rating agency - was incorporated in November 1990, with a paid-up capital of RM10 million. This heralded a significant milestone in the development of the Malaysian capital market and, in particular, its corporate bond market.

Securities Commission  The SC established on 1 March 1993 under the Securities Commission Act 1993, is a self-funding statutory body with investigative and enforcement powers. It reports to the Minister of Finance and its accounts are tabled in Parliament annually.

Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation  SMIDEC was established on 2nd May 1996, in recognition of the need for a specialised agency to further promote the development of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in the manufacturing sector through the provision of advisory services, fiscal and financial assistance, infrastructural facilities, market access and other support programmes.

Swiss-Malaysian Business Association  The SMBA, a non-profit making organisation, was constituted in May 2000 to assist Swiss or Malaysian companies or individuals of Swiss or Malaysian citizenship who have an interest in promoting business development between the two countries.

US - ASEAN Business Council  The US-ASEAN Business Council is dedicated to effectively strengthening bilateral and US-ASEAN relations through strong economic and commercial ties.

U.S. Commercial Service Malaysia  The objective of the CS, Kuala Lumpur is to promote exports of U.S. products and services and export-related investment to Malaysia, as well as to help American firms find local agents and distributors.
