9th Malaysia Plan 2006 - 2010

Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia  This Delegation will constitute a cornerstone of the future partnership between the European Union and Malaysia. It must allow a more effective delivery of what the EU can bring to Malaysia in many areas – ranging from trade, to investment, to two-way mobility of peoples and mutual understanding, to cultural cooperation, to transfer of technology, to shared research, to political dialogue and cooperation. It must also contribute to bringing present-day Malaysia, with all its attractive features, to the peoples of the EU. Malaysia has become for the EU a crucial partner, whether in terms of bilateral relations, of relations between the EU and ASEAN, between the EU and East and South-East Asia in the ASEM setting, or in terms of harnessing globalisation and of effective multilateralism.

Institute of Strategic and International Studies  ISIS was established on April 8, 1983. It is registered under the Malaysia's Company Act 1965 as a Company Limited by Guarantee.
An autonomous and non-profit organisation, ISIS Malaysia is engaged in a wide range of activities focussing on objective and independent policy research and fostering dialogue and debate between the public sector, the private sector and academia.

The myGovernment initiative was undertaken by Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU). MAMPU is a central agency under the Prime Minister Department entrusted with the task of introducing administrative reforms in the public sector to upgrade the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of Malaysian public service in accordance with national goals.
